Branko the Strange

An anonymous person, let's call him "Branko", is probably the strangest person in the entire building. He seems to have had some sort of complete mental collapse since his hiring. I don't know how it happened, perhaps he's just some kind of karmic sponge for everyone else's frustration. Anyway, it's always sad to see the innocent suffer, so let's get the kid into some extremely intense therapy.
